Our take
COEVO is the brand we hand to the no-freezer household. FD+K is a better kibble with real freeze-dried raw in it; the Freeze-Dried Raw line is the real thing, priced as a topper for a big dog. Fresh raw first, freeze-dried second, kibble third.
What the label says
COEVO is a BC-made brand we carry on purpose: FD+K bridges customers from premium kibble (ACANA, Orijen, GO!) toward raw without a freezer, and the Freeze-Dried Raw line is complete raw food, dried. Current recipes on coevopet.com (September 2026): FD+K Valley Farms leads with chicken, chicken meal, red lentil, chickpea and whitefish meal; FD+K Open Plains with pork, pork meal, red lentil, chickpea, whitefish meal, beef and bison; FD+K Wild Shores with cod, salmon meal, red lentil, chickpea and whitefish meal. Every FD+K recipe contains fish, which matters for a fish-sensitive dog.

Freeze-dried vs fresh raw: The Freeze-Dried Raw recipes (Valley Farms: chicken, turkey, duck; Open Plains: pork, beef, bison; Wild Shores: cod, salmon, herring) are 44–47% protein with no starch. For a big dog, fresh raw still wins on cost per day; if your life needs shelf-stable, this is the one.
